Literacy and Crafts

Students discover Spanish through the magic of storytelling and art. Each week, children read a new book and create an art project inspired by the story, strengthening vocabulary, comprehension, and creativity along the way. This is the perfect blend of PRAA's Mini Makers and Literacy and Crafts course for two weeks of summer. Class material will be provided by PRAA. Each participant will need to bring their own lunch.

Educador con una maestría como especialista en lectura y un respaldo bilingüe. Ha enseñado en las escuelas públicas de Chicago, ha supervisado a estudiantes de maestros en la Universidad Nacional Louis y actualmente enseña el tercer grado mientras forma parte del equipo de liderazgo educativo en el Distrito 68. Claudia también dirige la clase Little Genius en la PRAA.
