Sustainable Community School Site Coordinator – Chicago Arts High School

The Sustainable Community School Site Coordinator leads the day-to-day implementation of the Sustainable Community Schools strategy at Chicago Arts High School, a Chicago Public School. The Site Coordinator is an employee of the Puerto Rican Arts Alliance and serves as the primary liaison among PRAA, Chicago Arts High School leadership, teachers, students, families, community members, partner organizations, and other relevant CPS stakeholders. The Coordinator is responsible for building relationships, facilitating collaborative planning, coordinating programs and services, monitoring grant implementation, supporting data collection and reporting, and advancing the continuous improvement of the SCS initiative. This is a full-time, fully in-person PRAA position primarily based at Chicago Arts High School. The position will also require regular work at PRAA facilities, community locations, partner sites, and other locations throughout Chicago as needed. The successful candidate will be a highly organized, collaborative, and relationship-centered professional who can bring diverse stakeholders together around a shared vision for student success. The Coordinator must be comfortable managing multiple projects, facilitating meetings, working with data, coordinating contractors and programs, and maintaining compliance with PRAA, CPS, SCS, and applicable grant requirements.
