Connecting Communities Through Culture

Over the last decade, PRAA has developed partnerships in Puerto Rico through outreach initiatives and collaborative projects. Our long-term relationships with cultural institutions have deepened our connection to the island and brought visibility to our work with the artistic community in Chicago and Puerto Rico.

Meet Our Partners in Puerto Rico

Conservatorio de Puerto Rico

Since 2016, our formal partnership has focused on curriculum development, master classes, and student exchanges. This collaboration transforms our Latin Music Project into a pre-conservatory model, providing technical assistance and building linkages that benefit musicians in both locations.

Centro de Estudios Avanzados de Puerto Rico y el Caribe

Our residency program with CEAPRC enables collaborations with artists, musicians, and cultural leaders. This private graduate institution offers space for events and performances, supporting our expanding outreach work throughout Puerto Rico.

Fundación Felisa Rincón de Gautier

Established in 2017, this partnership honors the legacy of Doña Felisa Rincón through our annual women's award event. The foundation serves as our operational base for expanding outreach initiatives across Puerto Rico.
