Hector Fabregas

Hector L. Fabregas Jr. is an accomplished, purpose and results driven entrepreneur continuously in search of working boards that serve our community and can bring value. He strives to be the best Father and Husband he can be. Since 2017, Hector has served as President and Owner of his State Farm Agency in Chicago, where as a solo-preneur he is responsible for building a team, generating revenue, and overseeing all marketing strategies.Previously, Hector spent more than 20 years at Univision Local Media and Univision Radio in Chicago, holding roles including Vice President Director of Sales, Director of Sales, General Sales Manager, Local Sales Manager, and Account Executive.

During his tenure, he was responsible for all revenue across TV, Radio, Digital, Sports, and Events, grew multimillion-dollar revenues, launched the local Sports Division, implemented the first formal local sales training, and twice earned “Sales Manager of the Year” as well as “Account Executive of the Year.”Hector earned his B.A. in Communications from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He is bilingual, a United States Air Force Veteran, and an active community organizer with experience in business development, fundraising, and local event marketing. His interests include Community Out Reach, Real Men Read (CPS), Horner Park Baseball Coaching, Travel Baseball Training, Snowboarding, and serving on the Marketing Advertising Board of Chicago-Executive Board. He also served as a Spanish Language Analyst for the Chicago Cubs.
